Each single day, for over 20 years, I’ve been “on name”, whether or not it was fixing points, studying suggestions, pushing updates, or getting pulled into the newest little bit of group drama. It’s been rewarding, generally chaotic, usually exhausting and all the time private. Someplace alongside the best way, I forgot to step again and breathe, or sleep correctly. The dilemma of working a significant social community that doesn’t relaxation!
The pressure of being liable for the behemoth I created has taken its toll. The stress of the job has been an everyday supply of hysteria and stress-related well being points. I realised that I’ve been burning out and this began to have an effect on my employees and Nexus Mods as a complete. So, I firmly imagine that the most effective factor for the way forward for Nexus Mods is for me to step apart and usher in new management to steer the enterprise ahead with renewed vitality to make Nexus Mods the modding group all of us really deserve.
